N66001-24-Q-6363 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Kratos S2, Inc. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Kratos S2, Inc. The requirement is for the following:

1 Item 0003: Ka Feed and TX kit Manufacturer: Kratos S2, Inc. QTY: 1 The above is for FIT Medium Class Fly-Away Antenna and Ka Feed and TX kits, which are designed for rapid deployment in the field. Kratos S2, Inc. was the only provider of the Ku element of the antenna, with no known distributors. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.

However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
