Award to Spire Subsidiary, Inc.

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Spire Global Subsidiary, Inc. Unique Entity ID LJ68J1MQ3MV7, CAGE Code 7JE17, of 251 Rhode Island St. STE 204 San Francisco, California 94103- 5168, United States. The requirement is for the following license software subscription:

Description: Dynamic AIS Data Feed – annual subscription.

Manufacturer: Spire Global Subsidiary, Inc. Quantity: 240 users for a base year and 240 users for three option years. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Spire Global Subsidiary, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 517410 – Satellite Telecommunications and the size standard is $38.5 million.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
