The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to SONALYSTS INC (DUNS/UID WYFZJPX5J537, CAGE Code 1L297 of Address 215 Waterford PKWY N Waterford, Connecticut 06385. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the business size standard is 47 (millions of dollars). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government.

All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
