Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to The Parsec Group This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201.

The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to The Parsec Group (UID HS8ADKJUG2Y8, CAGE Code 00VD8 of Address 5610 Ward RD STE 110 Arvada, Colorado 80002-1309 Line Items No.DescriptionQuantityUnit Price Total 0001RHEL 6 Maintenace 19 Each 0002RHEL 6 Maintenace19 Each The Government intends to negotiate solely with Rose Electronics. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.

FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the business size standard is 47 (Millions of dollars) This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government.

All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
