N66001-24-Q-6244 - Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Keysight Technologies Inc.

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Keysight Technologies. The requirement is for the repair of the following:

N9917B FieldFox 18GHz Microwave Analyzer Manufacturer: Keysight Technologies QTY: 1 The above services include repair and calibration for the N9917B FieldFox 18GHz Microwave Analyzer. The analyzer provides necessary test and measurement capabilities and address increase demand usage to perform measurements in support of Navy projects. Keysight Technologies must complete the calibration to keep the analyzer in working condition. Keysight Technologies provides the only service that meets this requirement.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
