N66001-24-Q-6231 – Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Paydarfar Industries, Inc. dba Saratech

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a (Commercial), Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Paydarfar Industries, Inc. dba Saratech. The requirement includes a base year and four option years for the purchase of the following:

ITEM 0001: SE320TCM SOLID EDGE CLASSIC SW MAINTENANCE QTY:

8 ITEM 0002: SE361M SOLID EDGE ELECTRICAL SW MAINTENANCE QTY:

1 ITEM 0003: SE387FM SOLID EDGE SIMULATION SW MAINTENANCE QTY: 2 This is a sole source procurement for maintenance renewal for a mechanical design software with integrated tools for creating and managing 3D models and schematics on behalf of NIWC Pacific. The mechanical design software is required for engineers to digitally validate parts and assembly. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.

However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the business size standard is $47.0 million.
