N66001-24-Q-6204- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Stetson Engineers, Inc. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Stetson Engineers, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

ITEM 0001:

Services for NESDI ENV Modeling Toolkit Supplier: Stetson Engineers, Inc. QTY: 1 Lot Performer to conduct a literature review for an environmental modeling toolkit to assist Navy site/facility managers in building a modeling framework. The tasking includes evaluation of applicable literature and environmental modeling studies.

In addition to the literature review, contractor will provide expertise for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCBCP) Santa Margarita Estuary (SME), which is one of the 3 demonstration sites used for the toolkit. The contractor will provide details of the literature review in a tabulated format such as Excel and will assist with development of the MCBCP SME demonstration.The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is AJ12 General Science and Technology R&D Services; General Science and Technology; Applied Research.
