2 Part Number: MB3-PRT-REC-WBD-02 The Government intends to negotiate solely with SSR Engineering, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.
