The Department of the Navy (Don), Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, & award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with ZebraTech.

The requirement is for the purchase of the ff: SEA Ring pump upgrade kit, includes housing top plate with 10 pumps fitted, drive motor, control PCB and fixtures 10.00 Each, Individual SEA Ring pump; includes diaphragm, pump body, valves, tube fittings,connection rod, pin and fixture 1 Each, Duckbill valve; inlet and outlet valve set 1 Set, Tube fittings; inlet and outlet tube fitting 1 Each Pump Diaphragm; includes diaphragm with connection rod fitted, and pin 1 Each Main electronics control board 1 Each, Pump gear motor; includes drive coupling 1 Each, Freight; NZ to NIWC for 10 x SEA Ring upgrade kits This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
