N66001-24-Q-6089: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award to Fiddler Labs, Inc. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Fiddler Labs, Inc. (CAGE: 8H2E0) of 291 Lambert Ave, Palo Alto, California 94306-2217 United States. This requirement is for the following:

0001 Description: The Fiddler unified environment provides a common language, centralized controls, and actionable insights to operationalize ML, LLM and AI with trust. Monitoring, explainable AI, analytics, and fairness capabilities address the unique challenges of building in-house stable and secure LLM and MLOps at scale.

P/N:

Fiddler AI On-Premise Edge Premium SKU MFR: Fiddler Labs Inc. Qty: 1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Fiddler Labs Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, apply.

The applicable NAICS Code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services and the business size standard is $34,000,000. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
