N66001-24-Q-6074 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Mark Space INC This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Arnold Magnetics CORP. (DUNS/UID FKU1HK738L93, CAGE Code 0ACW8) of Address 22611 Markey CT STE 110 Sterling, Virginia 20166-6925.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the Government.

All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
