Notice of Intent to Sole Source to MANTECH Advanced Systems International Inc.

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to MANTECH Advanced Systems International, Inc. (CAGE Code 5N741) located at 2251 Corporate Park Drive, Herndon, VA 20171-4839. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

COURSE TITLEDESCRIPTIONQTY. ADVANCED VR CLASS COURSEThis is a 5-day training. Maximum class size is 14 students.1 WINDOWS USER MODE DEVELOPMENT MODULEThis is a 20-day training, and the maximum class size is 10.1 WINDOWS KERNEL MODE DEVELOPMENT MODULEThis class is an 8-day training.

The maximum number of seats is 10.1 WINDOWS CNO CORE MODULEThis is a 17-day training.The maximum number of seats is 10.1 The Government intends to negotiate solely with MANTECH Advanced Systems International, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training and the business size standard is $15 million.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail.

A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
