Services under the resulting contract will include (1) development of developmental test scenarios and conditions, logistics, communications and cybersecurity requirements for each of a minimum of three annual test/experimentation events (2) provision of expertise for intelligence operations, naval operations, space operations, (3) assistance with system design updates and rapid acquisition timeline, and (4) development, implementation and management of highly specialized cybersecurity risk management framework (RMF) and accreditation policies and procedures.
