N66001-26-D-0020 - Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract to Oracle America, Inc., for Oracle commercial products and services. This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR subpart 5.201. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific), intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Oracle America, Inc. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. § 3204(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, apply.
