Notice of Intent to Sole Source NLign Software License

The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to NLign Analytics, Inc., Cincinnati, OH, on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(a) (C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

COMFRC HQ, NLign Annual Software License Support COMFRC requires a one-year lease of one hundred fifty (150) Nlign Professional Software (150 NLign Professional MX/Support Digital Photo/Bulk Import, 1 NThread Enterprise Server MX/Support, and NCheck - 10 User Pack MX/Support). NLign Analytics is the origial equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the NLign software, and retains all the proprietary /techincal data rights required to supply the necessary software licenses.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by the closing date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement without impacting the requirement.
