N6523618D8014 Title: Notice of Intent to Extend the Contract Period of Performance. The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s intent to extend the contract period of performance (PoP) by thirty-six (36) months from 09 August 2025 to 08 August 2028 to provide sufficient time to recompete Corporate Production contracting requirements.

The extension will allow completion of all current task orders and prevent a GAP in capability until the new contract is competitively awarded. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), One source or limited sources. (FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B)). The NAICS Code is 541330. This Notice of Intent to modify this contract is not a request for competitive proposals.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract modification action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
