The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to NSI-MI for the inspection and repair of mechanical issues, calibration of mechanical positioning system and RF components, and troubleshooting/repair of the system’s performance deficiencies on the existing 3D pattern gantry system at the Radio Frequency Test Facility.
