Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Equipment Repair

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to U.S. Technologies Inc. for maintenance and repair of Blue Coat Equipment. The Government intends to negotiate solely with U.S. Technologies Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). U.S. Technologies is an authorized Blue Coat repair facility that specializes in these repairs.

The NAICS Code is 811210 (PSC J059) and the Small Business Size Standard is $34M. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 9 May 2024. All responses received by 9 May 2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
