The Government has a requirement for Return Material Authorization Repair of 160 HTLx-T2 PN 910-00128-002 to PN 910-00128-021 Factory Upgrade.

The applicable NAICS code is 334220, PSC 5820. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR Overhaul 13.101(b), soliciting from a single source.This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than five (5) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
