Notice of Intent - Repair of Rugged Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to AMETEK IntelliPower, Inc, 27755 Diehl Rd STE 300, Warrenville, IL 60555. The Government has a requirement for the following Part Numbers/Quantity: FA00167 (Quantity 12), FA00307 (Quantity 40), FA00346 (Quantity 15), FA00350 (Quantity 20), FA00365 (Quantity 5), FA10249 (Quantity 15), FA10258 (Quantity 5), FA10448 (Quantity 5), FA10468 (Quantity 3), FA10469 (Quantity 4), and FA10470 (Quantity 5); the repair of Rugged Uninterruptible Power Supply.

The applicable NAICS code is 811210, PSC J059. This action is conducted under the authority of RFO 12.201-1 Simplified procedures.This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than three (3) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
