The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) hereby publicizes its intention to award a modification on a sole source basis to Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. (R&S)

(CAGE Code: 82199) of Columbia, MD to extend contract N6523618D1003 for an additional three (3) years and three (3) months beyond the current ordering period of 30 March 2018 to 31 December 2024. The anticipated contract modification award date is 31 December 2024. Based on an approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement, the agency has identified only one responsible source, and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements.

The applicable NAICS Code is 334220. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing that it can perform these services may be considered by the agency.
