Rockwell BOA Order for DRADiS SESP

This BOA Order was awarded on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with Class Justification and Approval (J&A) No. 0222-23-028-00 citing 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will SatisfyAgency Requirements", as implemented by FAR Subpart 6.302-1, as approved on 22 August 2023. This J&A applies to all orders placed under requirement, as the supplies required under the scope of this BOA are deemed to be available only from the original source, Rockwell Automation, Inc.
