FFG 66, FFG 67 and LBES procurement of equipment needed to support shipboard and land-based test environment acquisitions.

NSWCPD intends to negtate and award a delivery order under BOA N6449821G4002 to L3 Harris Maritime Services (Cage 34246) for FFG 66, 67 and LBES equipment is needed to support shipboard and land-based test environment acquisitions. the Government intends to make an award in June 2025. Pursuant ti 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1), L3 is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirement.

The proposed award and resulting contract are for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice is not an intend for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based soley within the discetion of the Government.
