NSWCPD has a requirement for Universal Modular Mast (UMM) adapter block and spare parts in accordance with Navy drawings. This requirement will be procured using a total small business set aside basis. Due to the Distribution Statement on the drawings, a JCP Certification must besubmitted to view the drawings and RFQ. Please send your JCP Certification to Brooke Steele at brooke.a.steele3.civ@us.navy.mil. All associated documents will be issued after the closing date of this pre-solicitation. The deadline to submit JCP Certifications is 16 April 2025. Email any questions to brooke.a.steele3.civ@us.navy.milPhone calls will NOT be accepted.
