Rockwell BOA order, Various Hardware

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends tonegotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under BasicOrdering Agreement N6449824G4001 to Rockwell Automation INC., 1 AllenBradley Drive, Cleveland, OH 44124 for the procurement of Various hardware. The Government intends to make anaward in the 4th quarter of FY24. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(l), Rockwell Automation, INC. is the onlyresponsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specifiedeff ort.

The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are for suppliesfor which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sourceunder the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability byresponding to the requirement. The Government will consider all informationreceived prior to the closing date of this synopsis.

Information received willnormally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether toconduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not tocompete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solelywithin the discretion of the Government.
