ROCKWELL BOA Order; HHD Motor Controller

Solicitation N6449824R4084 was issued to Rockwell Automation, INC., on 15 April 2024. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N6449824G4001 to Rockwell Automation INC., 1 Allen Bradley Drive, Cleveland, OH 44124 for the procurement of various programable logic control hardware components. The Government intends to make an award in the 3rd quarter of FY24.

This is part of a follow-on procurement for this requirement. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(l), Rockwell Automation, INC. is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort. The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement.
