Small Arms Range, Classroom, Storage, and Armory Access and Support Services in Stafford County, VA

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with TEAM CRUCIBLE, LLC, Fredericksburg, VA. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii).

Item/Service Description: Item 1. 1 EA, Leased Spaces - 12 months, collaborator equipment storage, alarmed/secured armory, outdoor storage, and indoor storage. Item 2. 1 EA, System Test Support Services - 12 months, range access and manpower support for system tests. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications therein.
