The date set for receipt of proposals is unchanged and remains on July 14, 2025, at 1100am, Thailand Time. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Solicitation: This solicitation is associated with Sources Sought Notice ID# N6274225R6507 D/B Thanh Thinh Commune Clinic, Nghe An, Vietnam This is a design-build project for the complete design and construction of a new clinic in Thanh Thinh Commune, Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province, Vietnam.

The project includes a new two-story clinic building to be constructed on the site of the existing Block 1, along with a parking area, improvements to the boundary wall, and a new main gate within the same compound. The clinic will be built using a reinforced concrete frame and roof, with reinforced concrete slab floors finished with anti-slip ceramic tiles throughout. Walls will be made of concrete masonry units (CMU) with either a plaster or tile finish, and all plastered walls will be painted.

Ceilings will consist of painted gypsum board. This new facility will replace the existing clinic Block 1 and will be constructed within the same compound. Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV).
