Construction Management and Quality Assurance Support Services (CMQASS), Republic of the Philippines

The Contractor for Construction Management and Quality Assurance Support Services (CMQASS), referred to as "Contractor" herein, is tasked with providing qualified individual(s) equipped with a vehicle to deliver 48 weekly hours of pre-/post-award construction management support services to NAVFAC Pacific Site Philippines, hereinafter referred to as "ROICC Philippines," situated in the Republic of the Philippines. Travel expenses will be reimbursed accordingly.

The CMQASS locations include Basa Air Base (Pampanga), Fort Magsaysay (Nueva Ecija), Naval Base Camillo Osias and Lal-lo Airfield (Cagayan), Camp Dela Cruz (Isabela), Cortes (Bohol), Camp Navarro (Zamboanga), Lumbia Air Base (Cagayan De Oro), Manila, Cebu, Palawan, and/or within a 100-mile radius of the primary locations.

Amendment 0001: This amendment revises the submittal requirement of Non-Cost Factor 1 - Offeror Experience and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, it provides answers to the Pre-Proposal Inquiries. The proposal due date is unchanged and remains on April 30, 2024, at 11:00 am, Thailand Time.
