Amendment 0001 – The purpose of this amendment is to provide Attachment Q & A and extend the due date and time of offers to 24DEC2024 by 2:00PM JST. **All previously submitted quotes must be resubmitted after the posting of this amendment in order to be considered for aw ard.** This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
