The purpose of this Special Notice is to provide an INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT or a Request for Proposals. No proposals will be accepted as a result of this announcement. No contract will be awarded as a result of this announcement.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with attending this Industry Day or providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests should there be any. A virtual attendance option is NOT being offered.
