This requirement is to provide program management, engineering, logistics, training analysis, requirement analysis, data management and analysis, public affairs, and financial management support to Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Expeditionary Directorate (Ex Dir) and NAVFAC Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center Expeditionary Programs Office (ExPO).

The respondents should be Small Businesses (SB) under North American Industry System Classification (NAICS) code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $24.5 million average annual receipts. The Government is contemplating the award of a Single Labor Hour Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID?IQ) contract with provisions for Firm-Fixed Priced orders. The duration of the contract is anticipated to be for a one (1) year base period and will include two (2), one (1) year option periods.
