Notice of Intent - Legislative Tracking

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO CQ-Roll Call Inc. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to award a sole source contract to CQ-Roll Call Inc.; 1201 Pennsylvania Ave. NW Fl. 6; Washington DC, 20004 for the commercial purchase of a 12 month subscription to legislative tracking support services. This sole source procurement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals or quotations.

Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 513110. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. If any interested party that believes they can meet the above requirement, they should submit a statement of capabilities.

The statement of capabilities must be in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement will be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
