RS Means Costworks

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract to RS Means Company, LLC, a large business, for the commercial purchase of the RS Means Costworks software providing new and renovation construction data including work labor costs for the current and past calendar years. The contract completion date will be 30 September 2024. Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements.

This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and this is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Brandi Upton, brandi.j.upton.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.

If no written responses are received by 2:00 PM ET, 07 February 2024, the contract will be awarded without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 513210, Software Publishers, and the SBA size standard if $47 million.
