Internal Contractor Support Services (iCSS) Special Notice Regarding OCI's

Please see below for NAWCTSD's position on Organizational Conflict of Interests (OCI) for the internal Contractor Support Services effort. Further information regarding OCI's for this effort will be found in the RFP when it is released. Potential Offerors, their respective subcontractors and/or joint venture team members are advised if a company supports an existing NAWCTSD program-related contract, we believe you may have a conflict of interest for the iCSS recompete effort.

Further, if a company becomes the iCSS contract awardee, you may have a potential conflict of interest that would need to be discussed with the cognizant PCO of that future effort. There is no response required or desired to this Special Notice. This Special Notice is for informational purposes only.
