internal Contractor Support Services (iCSS) Special Notice - Draft RFP and pre-solicitation conference

This special notice is to provide industry with the internal Contractor Support Services (iCSS) DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), and to provide industry with information regarding the pre-solicitation conference for this effort.

The iCSS draft RFP, and the below attachments, are attached to this special notice for industry’s review: Attachment 2 - Planning DD 254 Rev 1 Attachment 3 - Form 4330 Acceptance or Rejection Form Attachment 4 - Surveillance Activity Checklist (SAC) Attachment 5- Wage Determination 2015-4553 Rev 27 Attachment L-1 iCSS Solicitation Question & Answer Form Attachment L-2 Offeror Workshare Summary Table Attachment L-3 Relevant Contract Summary Table Attachment L-4 Past Performance Information Form Attachment L-5 Contractor Performance Assessment Questionnaire Attachment L-6 Cost Summary Attachment L-7 Minimum Labor Rates Due to distribution statements and markings, Exhibit B, B001, and Attachment 1 - ICSS Statement of Work cannot be attached to this special notice.

As such, this exhibit and attachment will be made available upon email request to the Primary and Secondary points of contact listed on this special notice. The iCSS pre-solicitation conference is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday January 21 2025 at 13:00 Eastern Standard Time. This conference will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams, with no option to attend in person. A full list of questions asked, and attendees, will be made available to industry after the conference.

NAWCTSD would like to remind industry that only offerors registered and active in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) will be eligible to access the final solicitation, submit a proposal, and receive corresponding documents.
