E-2 COMS/CIS Re-Compete

The purpose of this procurement is for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS), Contractor Instructional Services (CIS), and Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) on behalf of AIRPAC/AIRLANT/Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT). The E-2C/D training devices are used to provide training for pilots and aircrew at Naval Base Ventura County (Point Mugu), CA and NS Norfolk, VA.

The Contractor, in support of COMS and CMS, shall provide all labor, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, non-trainer specific test equipment and transportation necessary to perform maintenance on systems and equipment using the performance-based work statement of work (PWS) and will provide qualified Technicians and Operators to support training devices (simulators, training devices, associated classrooms and/or other training equipment) in support of individual customer missions and established learning objectives.

The Contractor, in support of CIS, shall provide all instructor labor, and transportation necessary to conduct training on the systems and equipment using the PWS and will provide Contractor Instructional Services (CIS) in support of simulators, training devices, associated classrooms and/or other training methods to train users in the knowledge and skills to support the mission and the established learning objectives. This service includes instruction, operation, and curriculum support requirements as required by the Government.
