Fielded Training Services Support (FTSS) V MH-60R Training Systems Follow-On Support for Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructional Services (CIS)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to provide fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS V Lot I for the MH-60 Training Systems Follow-On Support for Royal Saudi Naval Forces. This follow-on support requirement is to provide Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructional Services (CIS) at Jubail Naval Air Station, King Abdul-Aziz Naval Base Saudi Arabia (KSA).

This acquisition will provide COMS for all training devices to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and operational availability. Additionally, this contract will provide CIS support to augment RSNF local and active duty instructors, with a focus on classroom and TOFT instruction. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months mobilization and one (1) ten (10) month base year with four (4) twelve (12) month options periods.

Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) anticipated to start 01 July 2024. Procumbent fully funded (100%) by a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letter of Offer and Acceptance.
