Sole Source to Phillips Federal Division for Mastercam USB Hardware-based License and Software Package, As Requested. See All Attachments.

Sole Source Contractor: Phillips Federal Division 

Description: Mastercam USB Hardware-based License and Software Package as follows:

• Mastercam USB Hardware-based License HASP - Includes shipping, insurance, and license activation by Phillips (Part: MCAM-HASP). See attached sole source justification for details and quantity. 

• NewSim0001 - see attached sole source justification for details and quantity of each item in the Mastercam Software Package. 

This action will award a firm fixed price contract to Phillips Federal Division for the items(s) listed in the table of the Sole Source Justification document. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) currently has a requirement for the items listed in Section 3 of the attached Sole Source Justification document. Only the Mastercam software will meet the Governments requirements as this is the package mandated by the manufacturer of the OKUNA CNC Machine the government recently procured. Phillips Federal Division is the exclusive source for all Mastercam solutions in direct territories across the United States.

As such, the government does not expect significant savings through competition and it is more advantageous to the Government to award on a sole source basis to the Phillips Federal Division for the items listed in the attached Sole Source Justification document.
