Access to CDRLs and Statement of Work through SAM. Provide CAGE Code when requesting access in SAM. Email subject line must include Solicitation Number and vendor name at beginning of subject line. See attached documents for the product description and quantity. Award will be based on the best value of the government considering pricing, delivery, quality and past performance.
