Synopsis ROSEMOUNT GAS ANALYZER The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a brand name, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized sellers of the Rosemount/Emerson gas analyzer listed in this procurement.

This procurement is Brand Name for the following reason: The Rosemount X-STREAM Enhanced general Purpose Process Gas Analyzer listed in this procurement is a direct replacement for the current Emerson gas analyzer that is being used by the project. If another brand were to be selected, that current set up configuration would require system reconfiguration, software changes, as well as potentially require additional equipment, all resulting in additional cost and project delay.
