Solicitation Notice GTARC follow-on effort

NSWC PCD intends to award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) follow-on Requirements Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source bases to Georgia Tech Applied Research Corp. (GTARC), 926 Dalney St NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 - (CAGE Code 1FEZ4) a non-profit organization it is capacity as a Department of Defense University Affiliated Research Center (UARC).

The Contractor shall continue to provide research, development (R&D), and engineering capabilities for Command, Control, Computing, Communications, Cyber Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C5ISRT) continuing the efforts from contract number N61331-16-D-0003. 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
