06 June 2024 Closing Date: 17 June 2024 Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement for Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS) Upgrades in various buildings/rooms located on NSWC PCD. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement, a market survey for written information only, is to identify sources capable of providing support and expertise for this effort. The following items are expected requirements for this effort: Provide equipment, installation, programming and testing of components for Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Automated Entry Control System (AECS) to include but not limited to:

Install Intrusion Detection System (IDS) to cover all entrances and area within the room (Bosch) Install an Automated Electronic Control System (AECS) (Lenel) at the primary entrance to the room. Install an FF-L-2740 lock (CDX-10) on the primary entrance. Install internal security latches on both the left-hand and right-hand sides of the overhead rollup door to meet FF-L-2740 specification. Install an Emergency Exit with lock on the internal side of the door to meet FF-L-2740 specification. Install man bars or 18-gauge steel mesh cover to any utility opening greater than 96 square inches NAICS Code: 561621–applies. SBA Size Standard is $22 M annually.

PSC 6350 Responses: Interested companies should include the following information in their responses:

(1) CAGE Code;

(2) Name and address of firm;

(3) Size of business including average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and type of small business (8(a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned, etc.);

(4) Country of ownership;

(5) System for Award Management (SAM) information;

(6) DUNS number, if available;

(7) Number of years in business;

(8) Point of contact including name, title, phone, and email address;

(9) A clear, concise statement of the business’s capability in meeting the requirement; and (10) Small businesses shall address how they will comply with FAR 52.219-14: Limitations of subcontracting There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow. However, summaries should be no longer than ten pages in length.
