SYNOPSIS: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to acquire specialized engineering and technical support for repair, overhaul, and depot maintenance of the Mine Countermeasures (MCM) Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV).
