Commercial Industrial Services (CIS) Sheetmetal Services Follow-on, Multiple Award Contract, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAC-IDIQ)

Amendment 0001 is hereby issued on 13 FEB 2026. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) hereby issues Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N5523625R0015 to accomplish Commercial Industrial Services (CIS) Sheetmetal Support for U.S. Navy ships within a 50-mile radius of San Diego, CA. The offeror(s) shall provide the labor, services, equipment, and materials for the sheetmetal repairs, replacement, fabrication, and installation services onboard U.S. Navy ships within a 50-mile radius of San Diego, CA.

The offeror(s) is responsible the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications, and NAVSEA Standard Items. The successful offeror(s) will be required to provide all labor, services, equipment, and materials in accordance with the specification package. This will be a firm-fixed (FFP) multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MAC-IDIQ) contract with five (5) each 1-year ordering periods.

This will be a total Small Business Set-Aside and the applicable NAICS code is 336611, Shipbuilding and Repairing (the small business size standard is 1,300 in number of employees). Award will be based on a best-value procurement utilizing past performance, technical, and price as evaluation factors. FAR 52.216-27 Single or Multiple Awards (OCT 1995) applies. This is a follow-on procurement.
