Commercial Industrial Services (CIS) Hullboard Lagging Services Follow-On, Multiple Award Contract, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAC-IDIQ)

Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) hereby issues Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N5523625R0001 to accomplish Commercial Industrial Services (CIS) Hullboard Lagging Services in support of U.S. Navy ships within a 50-mile radius of San Diego, CA. The offeror(s) shall provide the necessary management, labor, service, equipment, and materials for the removal, repair, and installation of hullboard lagging and insulation materials onboard U.S. Navy ships within a 50-mile radius of San Diego, CA.

The offeror(s) is responsible for the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications, and NAVSEA Standard Items. The successful offeror(s) will be required to provide all labor, services, equipment, and materials in accordance with the specification package. This will be a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm-fixed price contract with five (5) ordering year periods.

This will be a total Small Business Set-Aside and the applicable NAICS code is 238310, Drywall and Insulation Contractors (a small business is based on $19.0M in average annual receipts). Award will be based on a best-value procurement utilizing past performance, technical, and price as evaluation factors. FAR 52.216-27 Single or Multiple Awards (OCT 1995) applies. This is a follow-on procurement.
