SWRMC BLDG 20 WORKSTATION RE-INSTALLATION

Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), Code 410A Procurement intends to award a sole source purchase order to SLM Contract Furniture, Inc. to provide emergent services to remove and re-install 96 workstations from building 3304 to building 20 in support of SWRMC Code 1150. More specifically, the urgent services are due to a recent storm, which left building 20 thoroughly flooded with water and sewer waste.

Therefore, the building is inhabitable and required SLM services to remove and relocate the workstations to building 3304 for storage. Furthermore, SLM is the original company that installed the workstations in building 20 and have the support and expertise to properly install the workstations back into building 20 to ensure form, fit, and function of the previously installed workstations.

The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238390, and the business size standard is 19 (millions of dollars). This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received after date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating a vendor's bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency. Requests must include company name, address, telephone number of the requestor, e-mail address, CAGE code, and business size.

Information delivered by other than e-mail will not be accepted. Certifications in the System for Award Management must be current and active to be eligible for contract award.
