The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) detachment Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) intends to award a standalone, Firm-Fixed Price contract to procure Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) field evaluation services.

NRTL Inspections Description: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton, Washington is required to provide training to military and civilian security forces supporting sensitive operations within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) per NAVSEA Instructions.

Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform NRTL field evaluation services as defined in this Performance Work Statement Period of Performance - 11 May 2026 – 7 Aug 2026 Please complete pricing on attached combined synopsis solicitation document and submit required documents by 1 May 2026, 9:00 am PST.

Please ensure that your submittal conforms to all requirements in the C9 26Q1308 SF 1449 Combined Synopsis Solicitation NRTL NASNI_17Apr26 document and Technical Exhibits located in the PWS. Your solicitation must contain: An official proposal with the RFP number, Company Name and Address, point of contact, and CAGE Code on company letterhead. The CLIN pricing must be completed, and all attachments must be completed and submitted.

Include statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the RFP. Proposals that take exception to the terms and conditions of the RFP may not be excluded from consideration. Ensure this is not in your email, but a part of your official proposal document.

Include pricing data, such as published pricing or invoices for similar or same services provides to commercial sources, other than government customers A current copy of your OSHA NRTL certificate Questions are due by 24 April 2026 at 9:00 am PST.
