Request for Information_SIOP Leases NBK Bremerton

The Department of the Navy, hereinafter referred to as “Tenant” and/or “Government”, seeks to award a one-year lease, with nine (9) one-year renewal options near Bremerton WA. This Solicitation for Offers, hereinafter referred to as “SFO”, is offered to address two separate space requirements. Requirement A is for approximately 12,571 and Requirement B is for approximately 15,000 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) square feet of warehouse space. A single Offeror may submit an offer to accommodate one, or both requirements. Preference will be given to an Offeror capable of co-locating both Requirements in a single facility or campus.
