Request for Information-Maritime Service Recruiting Campaign

Refer to attached request for information and Draft PWS. This is a new requirement: In support of National Call to Maritime Service campaign, ASN M&RA is seeking digital marketing and advertising services required for three events. Specifically, this project requires digital marketing and advertising services. Support includes the development and execution of a national-level strategy that aligns with the NCTMS Campaign Strategy and Communication Plan.

Support must include a full range of services from the development of a tactical advertising strategy to the production of a wide range of advertising formats (e.g., TV, radio, print media, internet, and direct marketing). Specifically, DON/AA CMD is seeking written responses (contractor format is acceptable) to the following strategic sourcing and company specific questions (Any information provided is voluntary.
